In East Europe, Brivido Ice Cream House combines modern techniques with traditional European-style ice cream production to create a unique and ever-changing seasonal menu. Brivido, translating to thrill, embodies the essence of excitement, striving to deliver precisely that experience to its consumers, and this was a key factor I considered when creating the brand strategy and identity.
